Micro Miniature Bellows

Servometer® / Precision Manufacturing Group, LLC  electrodeposited micro miniature metal bellows can be produced with diameters as small as .020 inch (0.5 mm).
These tiny bellows can be used as miniature pressure responsive devices, micro-seals, precision springs, electrical contacts or flexible micro couplings.

Electrodeposited nickel bellows are ideal for dynamic sealing applications where reliability and long life are critical requirements. Servometer® bellows can be
designed for a variety of stroke and pressure combinations and for temperatures from -423°F to
+350°F.

Servometer® has perfected the design and manufacture of highly reliable precision flexible bellows. A 12 page Bellows Design Manual containing detailed formulas for
designing miniature electrodeposited nickel bellows is available.
