Splice Protectors: Presenting Fusionloc range of splice protection sleeves manufactured by Pranav Enterprises they key features of which include superior grade of stainless steel, quick shrinking technology *, beveled edges of strength member and correct grade of hot melt adhesive to assure complete sealing. Varieties of splice protection sleeves are available, under the range to be compatible most designs of splice trays, covering a broad range of diameters and lengths and choice of strength member materials. Sleeves are available for both individual fiber as well as 4 to 12 fiber ribbon configurations. Features: * QUICKSHRINKTM: Quick shrinking is a feature of few of our models. These sleeves are designed for shrinking faster than commonly available sleeves. The reduced shrinkage time results in many more splices in same battery capacity of splicing machine saving valuable time and money. This feature is of critical importance in field where the technician may have to come back to re-charge batteries. Available Models: Type (Code) Description Standard Sleeve (STD) This sleeve design represents the industrys most standard design. Standard length is 60mm. Sleeves come with a clear outer tube for viewing the color of the fiber. Diameter after shrinking 3.0mm CACT approved. Also available in 45mm and 8 colors. *Modified version of standard sleeve with diameter of 2.8mm is also available it is designed to fit in trays of PLP, Multilink and few other manufacturers. Slim Sleeve (SLM) Available in clear these sleeves use reduced diameter components for a smaller finished product. The smaller diameter allows users to fit more splices in existing splice trays. Diameter after shrinking 2.4mm.Length available 60mm, 45mm, 40mm. * QUICKSHRINKTM Mini Sleeve (MN) This sleeve will recover to 2.1 mm and is available in clear. Standard lengths available; 60mm, 40mm. * QUICKSHRINKTM Micro Sleeve (MCRO) Used where space is very limited especially in couplers and ultra high density trays. Strength member used 0.8mm hard stainless steel makes it easy to handle for its size. Recovered dia. 1.5mm. Length 35mm, 25mm. * QUICKSHRINKTM Modified Micro (MMCR) Slimmest sleeves available in the market. Recovered dia. 1.2 mm. Length 35mm, 25mm. * QUICKSHRINKTM Ribbon Sleeves (RBNW) Suitable for 4 to 12 fiber ribbons. High mechanical strength ceramic strength member. Standard Length 40mm.
