Description
HGH Infrared Systems are specialised in the development of thermographic systems for the cement industry. The company offers three sensors in order to efficiently monitor the cement manufacturing process:
• Kilnscan is an infrared line scanner for kiln shell temperature monitoring. It gives a thermal map of the kiln to the operator in order to prevent any damage to the shell and detect even a single brick fall. Several features are available, such as 3D display, tyre slip monitoring, brick/coating thickness calculation, thermal warp, OPC communication, and refractory management.
• Pyroscan is a pyrometric camera that monitors the sintering zone or the clinker fall in the cooler. It gives the operator a video image and an unlimited number of temperature measurement points in real time.
• Coolscan: temperature monitoring assembly for clinker grate cooler. It gives a continuous and real time thermal image of the complete clinker bed. It thus enables the automatic control of the airflow in the various air chambers.
