Choose from any of the following: • Housing- Mini (0.375in) or Standard (0.500in) • Wavelength- 655nm or 670nm • Beam Profile- Collimated Elliptical Spot or Collimated Line • Output Power- <1mW or 5mW These diode laser modules feature*: • 5VDC Operating Voltage • 2 year warranty • Laser diode lifetime of >50,000 hrs. Due to the low cost of these diode laser modules orders must be placed in quantities of 10 or more. Additional Customization is available for an additional cost.
