We produce tungsten carbide rolls with various sizes.
Our carbide rolls are manufactured to customer specifications. Solid carbide rings as well as composite rolls can be supplied fully ground, inclusive of pass grooves. The latest available manufacturing technology is applied to the production process to ensure component integrity.

Construction Steel Manufacturing
We process 1000 tons Press, 60 Bar Sinter-HIP Furnace, Grinding Machine for Roll Ring, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Laser Marker, Tempering Furnace and so on, which make sure that each roll ring has the same high quality. Our carbide rolls have following features: 1. Improved mechanical properties; 2. Good surface finish and corrosion resistance; 3. Longer tool life and possible to 600 tons.
