Description
The broadband polarizing beamsplitter cubes are made from SF5 equivelant glass to improve broadband performance. Polarizing beamsplitter cubes divide unpolarized collimated light into two orthogonal polarized beams. Each beamsplitter consists of a pair of precision high-tolerance right-angle prisms, which are fixed in relation to one another by cement. A multilayer antireflective coating is applied to each face of the beamsplitter to produce maximum transmission efficiency.
To avoid damage when using a high power laser, be sure to orient the cube so that the beam enters through the prism marked with the dot
