The panel will further contain archives with related procurement requests and suppliers' responses to your requests.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I promote my products/services?
In order to be able to promote your products/services you need to register with our website. You can do that by clicking on the 'Register now' tab and filling out a form with some basic company and personal details to set up an account. Once the account is created, click on the validation link sent to the e-mail address you provided to get it up and running. Once you log-in you can go to your 'Selling Tools Panel' and click on 'Add New Products/Services' to list your product/services using drag-down lists containing categories and sub-categories. Note that any product or special offer will be visible on the webpage only after it is approved by the website-administration team.

2. Who can see my company and personal details?
Premium Account holders and their products and services will be visible without logging-in. However, in order to view the complete profile for the Standard Account holders one has to log-in, without which only some basic information will be available.

3. How can I get more information about a product listed on your website?
You can directly contact the vendor/supplier by clicking on the "Contact company for this product" tab from the product page. If you want to respond to a Procurement Request you can do so by clicking on the "Contact buyer now" tab available on the product page. However, you must be logged-in in order to do this.

4. What do I do if a particular product is not available on your website?
You must use the Add a Procurement Request feature from the Buying Tools panel in this case. For reference you can check other Procurement Requests in the related section. If you don't have enough time to spend online, you can send us your Procurement Request's specifications and our internal team will help you post the announcement on our platform with a minimum effort from your side.

5. How can I cancel or edit my product/services/procurement requests?
You can edit or delete your item any time before or after it is approved by our Administrative team. For the approved products, you can choose to disable you product for a while and enable it later. All these functions can be found in Edit Products/Services from the Selling Tools panel once you log-in.
The same actions are valid for procurement requests as well, only that you will have to access the Edit Procurement Requests in the Buying Tools panel.

6. How can I delete my account?
In order to do that you need to contact our Customer Service Department from Contact us. Your request will be forwarded to our website-administration team and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

7. What are and how can I choose Categories of Interest?
You may choose to receive targeted information about certain product-categories by selecting your categories of interest from the Account Settings panel. Your choices can be altered at any time by visiting the same section. Procurement Requests related to the categories you choose would automatically be displayed in View Related Procurement Requests in the Procurement Panel of your account. Also you will receive in you're the Inbox of our account relevant information as new products' alerts and procurement requests alerts that match your selected categories.

8. What are the available types of Accounts?
Based on your requirements, accounts are available in 2 types - Standard Account which is free of charge and Premium Account which is a paid option offering more features and privileges. 9. How can I use Special Offers section?
This section contains items which either require additional promotion, e.g. in case of a newly launched product, or need to be cleared off your stock items. While listing a product you will be asked if you want to mark it as a special offer.

10. What is Multiple Product Upload?
This feature can be found in your Selling Tools panel after you login into your account. You can use this feature when you want to upload more than one product in a time-effective manner.

11. How can I advertise on your platform?
You can choose a Standard Account for basic features or you can opt for a Premium Account that will give you more benefits in order to generate qualified leads and to promote your business online. The Marketing Tools panel from your account gives you the possibility to distribute news, press releases related to your business or you can use the HTML code generated for your company's profile in order to promote your Photonic Sourcing storefront on your website or anywhere you think it will be useful.
