RFQ
Request for Quotation or RFQ involves a business process to bid on specific products and services as well as requesting information about specifications of the items. The basic purpose of the RFQ is to provide comparable information regarding products that are as standardised and commoditised as possible.


In the context of our website it implies the process that enables you to receive communications from prospective buyers of your items. It contains a mail-box, accessible from the Product/Services Panel, where messages from interested customers of the products/services you posted on the website are collected.


Procurement Request
Procurement Request is your first step towards sourcing a product or services that are unavailable in the product/services listing in the website. You can do so by filling out a form from the Procurement Panel with specifications outlining your requirements. The panel will further contain archives with related procurement requests and suppliers' responses to your requests.


Account Management

You can do that by clicking on the "Register now" tab and filling out a form with some basic company and personal details to set up an account. Note that any product or promotion will be visible on the webpage only after it is approved by the website-administration team.

It is imperative not only for security reasons but also to maintain a profile page for your company and its products that can be edited if and when required. Multiple accounts with different users from the same company can also be created by clicking on the "Add a new user" tab on the registration page. 5. Who can see my company and personal details?

The name of your company, its type, description, corporate website and country of location are visible to a random visitor of our website. 6. How can I get more information about a product listed on your website?

You can directly contact the vendor/supplier by clicking on the "Contact company for this product" tab from the product page. If you want to respond to a Procurement Request you can do so by clicking on the "Contact buyer now" tab available on the product page. However, you must be logged-in in order to do this.


7. What do I do if a particular product is not available on your website?

You must use the "Add a Procurement Request" feature from the Procurement Panel in this case. Please read about Procurement Request from the "Glossary of terms used on the website" given above.


8. How can I cancel or edit my product/services?

You can cancel your product/services at any time before or after approval from our website administrative team. However, you can edit them only after they are approved. Both the functions can be found in the "Edit Products" option from the "Account Management" tab once you log-in.


9. How can I delete my account?

In order to do that you need to contact our Customer Service Department from Contact Us. Your request will be forwarded to our website-administration team and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.


10. How do I appear in your newsletter?
