Premium Services

Access to the Website and most of its features are provided to you free of charge (standard). However, Photonic-Sourcing.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to certain areas or features of the Website ("Premium Services") to paying Users or Users who undergo a specific registration process. Access to and use of the Premium Services is governed by additional terms and conditions under separate terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

General Conditions of Use

All businesses having an account with Photonic-Sourcing.com (or Account Holder) must agree to the Terms of Use set out below. Photonic-Sourcing.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account where the Account Holder is (or may be) in breach of these Terms of Use.

Each business registered on the Website may have as many Accounts as required, free of charge (standard) or premium. Each Premium Account will be charged at the rates described in our Media Kit and also in the Register and/or Upgrade Account sections, which will be payable in advance by credit or debit card for each Account type as listed in the section specified above. Photonic-Sourcing.com reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at its discretion.

Use of Premium Services

The Photonic-Sourcing.com Accounts are to be used only by the Account Holder and/or his/her appointed staff, including employees or any contracted staff or companies. All Photonic-Sourcing.com Accounts must remain in total control of the Account Holder. Account Holders will ensure that their employees / staff abide by the Photonic-Sourcing.com Terms of Use.

The Account Holder must not resell or give away the right to use the Premium Accounts to other parties not mentioned above.

Photonic-Sourcing.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account without warning and without refund or notice.

Cancellation / Refunds

The Account Holders may cease to use the services of Photonic-Sourcing.com at any time. If the Account Holder wishes to retain the Account, he must notify Photonic-Sourcing.com, preferably by email, about it in advance.

The minimum billing period for Premium Services is the one specified in the Media Kit and also in the Register and Upgrade Account sections. Payments will continue to be collected until such time as the Account Holder requests cancellation. No refunds will be made for unused parts of a billing period. No refunds will be made for the Account Holder's failure to cancel the Account.

Photonic-Sourcing.com has the sole right to terminate any Account in breach of these Terms of Use and no refunds will be made in such cases.

At the sole discretion of Photonic-Sourcing.com non-payment will lead to suspension of services and/or cancellation of Accounts. The Account Holder will remain liable for any unpaid periods up to the date of cancellation.

Licenses

Photonic-Sourcing.com hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Documents from the Service, referred to as "Documents", and provided that: (1) use of such Documents is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only, and (2) no modifications of any Documents are made. You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, perform, publish, license, transfer, post, or sell any information from this Website, except to the extent permitted under copyright law.

Content Submitted

Photonic-Sourcing.com does not claim ownership of the content, reviews, comments, communications, suggestions, questions, ideas, or other information, collectively referred to as "Content", that you submit. Client Account, Password and Security

Upon completing the Service's registration process you will receive a password and account designation. You must immediately notify Photonic-Sourcing.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account. The Website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
